As an Optima customer support representative, we believe in human-centered, high-quality customer experiences. Using chats, phone calls and emails as working tools, you’ll be there to listen, support and problem solve for Optima customers.

We offer full time inbound customer service opportunities where you will start no earlier than 8am, and finish no later than 8pm. Enjoy Sundays with your friends and loved ones as we are open from Monday to Saturday. We are currently seeking Full time candidates.

What you will be doing:

  • Answering Inbound calls from our customers
  • Listen carefully to customers, and personalize their experience
  • Resolve challenging situations while maintaining call control

You're an ideal candidate if:

  • Fluently Bilingual in English and French
  • Have High school or higher education preferred
  • Can adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Are motivated by helping others and gaining people's trust
  • Have mastered the art of analyzing and problem-solving
  • Have an appreciation of technology
  • Have already worked in the customer service industry, whether it be call center or retail
