Coordonnateur(trice) de comptes clients

Membre clé de notre équipe Go-To-Market, vous jouerez un rôle central dans l’expérience client au sein de votre territoire attitré. Véritable pivot entre les clients et les équipes internes, vous veillerez à ce que chaque opportunité progresse efficacement, de la demande initiale jusqu’à l’exécution.

Une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral est essentielle pour ce poste.

Vous deviendrez un partenaire de confiance pour nos clients et nos équipes de vente — en comprenant leurs besoins, en les guidant à travers le processus de vente et en assurant une expérience fluide et professionnelle à chaque étape.

Vos responsabilités

  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel tout au long du parcours d’achat
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les représentants externes et les partenaires de vente afin de faire progresser les opportunités et atteindre les objectifs du territoire
  • Assurer des suivis proactifs sur les projets, opportunités et documents
  • Agir comme lien entre les clients, les ventes, le développement de projets, la logistique, la comptabilité et le service à la clientèle
  • Réviser et valider les documents techniques reçus (P&ID, dessins, croquis, etc.) afin d’en assurer l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité
  • Préparer les soumissions et propositions à l’aide du CRM et des outils de vente
  • Veiller à l’exactitude des données et à la bonne gestion des dossiers dans les systèmes internes
  • Maintenir une organisation rigoureuse des dossiers projets et des opportunités dans le CRM

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en administration ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans un environnement de ventes complexes ou techniques
  • Forte orientation client et excellentes aptitudes en communication
  • Grande rigueur, sens de l’organisation et proactivité
  • Aisance à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Parfaitement bilingue français / anglais (obligatoire)

La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste, car environ 30 % des responsabilités impliquent une communication régulière avec des parties prenantes situées aux États-Unis et en Europe.

Client Account Coordinator

As a key member of our Go-To-Market team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across your assigned territory. Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll ensure every opportunity moves smoothly from inquiry to execution.

Perfect fluency in both French and English (spoken) is essential for this role.

You’ll become a trusted partner to customers and sales teams alike — understanding client needs, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring every interaction reflects Vortex’s commitment to service excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting clients throughout their buying journey
  • Partner closely with outside sales and channel partners to advance opportunities and meet territory targets
  • Proactively follow up on leads, projects, and documentation to keep momentum strong
  • Act as the liaison between customers, sales, project development, logistics, accounting, and customer service teams
  • Review and validate customer documents (drawings, PIDs, sketches, etc.) for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare quotes and proposals using CRM and sales tools
  • Ensure all project data is accurate, complete, and properly documented in internal systems
  • Maintain organized virtual project files and CRM opportunities

What You Bring

  • College or university degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a complex or technical sales environment
  • Strong customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Perfectly fluent in French and English (required)

Proficiency in English is required for this role as approximately 30% of the responsibilities involve regular communication with stakeholders based in the United States and Europe.
