About A-GIG

A-GIG is a Toronto-based startup building a next-generation data and AI platform. Our mission is to create a global ecosystem where organizations, companies, and communities can make their data accessible, interactive, and impactful.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive with proven outbound B2B SaaS sales experience. This is not an account management role and it is not a leadership position. We are looking for a true hunter-someone who enjoys prospecting, creating opportunities, running the sales process, and closing deals.

This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who wants to be part of an early-stage startup and have a direct impact on revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Negotiate and close new business
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with the founders and marketing team to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to help shape the product

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Ability and willingness to work 60+ hours per week in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Onsite in Toronto five days per week

What Success Looks Like

  • Building a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Converting prospects into paying customers
  • Driving revenue growth for A-GIG
  • Contributing to the development of a scalable sales process

Target earnings range: $120,000-$150,000 annually
