SOMMAIRE DE L'EMPLOI :

Effectuer des travaux manuels exigeants physiquement en vue de maintenir la propreté et la sécurité de l’environnement des soins de santé.

EXIGENCES :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou diplôme d’études générales (DEG); les candidats n’ayant pas une 12 e année ou l’équivalent pouvant être considérés sous certaines conditions;
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné ( Tel que travailler debout pendant de longue période, soulever des charges d'environ 25 lbs, mouvements répétitifs, transporter, tirer ou pousser des chariots, exposition au sang, selles ou vomissements, travailler avec des produits chimiques ou déchêts biomédicaux, monter sur des escabeaux, s'agenouiller.);
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
  • Adhésion aux principes d'éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
  • Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
