The Clean Co. | Milton, ON + Surrounding Area

We’re looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their growth and has a passion for the industry.

Job responsibilities

  • Lawn care (mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanups)
  • Landscaping support (mulch, planting, garden beds)
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
  • Work alongside the crew lead to complete jobs efficiently
  • Care for tools and equipment

Requirements

  • Qualified and experienced, with a passion for the industry
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Clear communication skills
  • Able to work outdoors in all conditions
  • Reliable transportation to and from our Milton/Oakville sites.
  • Valid G license

Assets

  • Experience using commercial landscaping equipment
  • Previous crew leadership experience
  • Connected with other reliable, qualified workers who may be a good fit for future crew roles
