The Koch Auto Group is an award-winning Ford Dealership Group. We are family owned and have a great team! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to grow our Administration Team at the DK Ford Sales dealership in Leduc. If you are looking for a full-time career and the opportunity to work with an award-winning team, then we would love to bring you in for an interview!

As the Deal Clerk for DK Ford Sales, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing superior customer experience maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The successful applicant will provide accounting support to the Administration Team and develop a collaborative working relationship with all areas of the dealership.

Responsibilities

- Process New, Used, Wholesale and Dealer Transfer deals

- Tack in Excel all deals for Management review and payroll

- Process all cheque requisitions related to deals

- Claim and reconcile Ford Incentives

- Process Ford Credit Wholesale Statement

- In-House Lease Administration

- Schedule Maintenance

- Filing when required

- Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

** Prior dealership experience is required**

- High School Diploma with additional accounting courses/certificate

- At least Two years of work experience in accounting or bookkeeping role

- Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and processes

- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently, with little or no supervision

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook

- Ability to multi-task, manage time and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
