Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time.

Salary: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour plus benefits and holiday pay

Requirements:

• 3-5 year experience in wall cladding and standing seam installation and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to supervise and work with other employees
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as required
• Drivers license an asset but must be able to get to and from job sites

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installing various exterior #metal panel, phenolic, cementitious, #wall systems and standing seam metal roofing, inclusive of membrane, insulation thermal clips and #flashings
• Use power tools, and hand tools to cut, bend, shape, and finish #sheet metal roofing, #cladding panels, and flashing.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
• Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
• Completing paperwork and documentation related to job tasks. This will include safety paperwork and QA/QC forms
• Other duties as required.
