We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Chevron gas station team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, maintain a clean and organized store, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
Assist customers with purchases and answer questions about products and services.
Restock shelves, coolers, and merchandise as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, restrooms, coffee station, and other store areas.
Prepare and serve food and beverages, if applicable, following food safety standards.
Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock levels.
Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Verify identification for age-restricted product purchases in accordance with applicable laws.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
