My name is Eric, owner of Sterling Maids, and I am looking for STAR cleaners.

  • Comprehensive Paid Training- I will show you how the pros do it! No experience required.
  • Positive Work Environment - Negativity & drama are not welcome here.
  • Biweekly Pay- Our cleaners average $700 - $1,100+ per week.
  • Advancement opportunities - I am starting more locations & looking to grow people into lead trainers & general managers.

Responsibilities

  • Show up to all scheduled cleans 5 minutes early
  • Greet client.
  • Remove dirt from home.
  • Have the client sign the checklist.

Requirements:

  • Lift 20 lbs
  • stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties
  • Read, speak, and write English fluently
  • Valid driver's license
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Pass a criminal background check
