Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Plan and adjust flows and production schedules, managing daily stock levels, transfers, and deliveries to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage plant-level inventories, balancing plant capacities to optimize service and minimize costs without compromising customer satisfaction.
- Lead the execution of seasonal supply surges, including forecasting, communication, and exception management to meet demand.
- Support the creation, analysis, and delivery of planning reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor and manage stock transfers and new pallet deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes, focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Principales responsabilités

Gérer l’expédition et la réception du centre de service

Gestion des bons de commande/ Achats

Gérer et valider la saisie de données dans SAP & Colt 2020

Rapprocher les déplacements internes et externes, s’assurer de la précision des données enregistrées dans le système et appliquer le modèle DMAIC au besoin pour améliorer les processus afin d’éliminer les écarts

Contribuer au processus de production de rapports pour soutenir l’analyse touchant les (KPI)

Agir en tant qu’agent(e) de liaison entre les responsables de l’usine et de la logistique,

Support & coordonnateur aux Operations (Entre des KPI et aux support)

Remplacement aux postes de superviseur

Produire la paye des employés Horaires

Produire des contrôles de qualités

Disponibilité a travailler les week end et/ou aux besoins opérationnelle

La rémunération de base se situe entre $52,240 et $71,830 $ par an.

Position Purpose

Coordinates logistics using SAP and by interacting with process designers to ensure the rapid circulation of the products and the integrity of the data through effective management of inventory, consumables and production staff
Schedule Details:

Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Availability to cover other shifts as needed.
Major/Key Accountabilities

Manages shipping and receiving at the service centre
-
Manages purchase orders
-
Manages and approves SAP data entry
-
Reduces internal and external travel distances, ensures that data recorded on the system is accurate, and applies the DMAIC model as required to improve the process and eliminate errors

Contributes to the report production process to support analysis affecting KPIs

Acts as liaison between factory managers and logistics managers
Qualifications

Postsecondary degree and/or relevant work experience

Base pay range is $52,240- $71,830 annually
Salary ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided.
