The Role:

Support the Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Customer Service, Logistics and Production Departments in the daily processing of orders, data entry, cycle counts, customer demands, transportation issues and product availability for the daily demands of the business.


What you get to do:

  • Print B/L for carriers and customs papers as required
  • Ship and confirm all B/L
  • Check in all drivers according to the appropriate food security regulations by site (e.g. CTPAT/(PIP)
  • Perform pallet reconciliation: iGPS (FW) or CHEP (Mississauga)
  • Process Courier/Small Parcel orders. This could include pick, pack, ship (physical/systematic) and various case labelling (ASN/branding/relabel)
  • Perform various data entry tasks (e.g. inventory/counting, shipment tracking, logistics data, receiving paperwork, DC productivity) and report updates
  • Validate BOL information for accuracy
  • Track shipments in-transit to insure on-time delivery
  • Site Specific to Mississauga: Maintain, handle, replenish and process Employee Store inventory, and provide back up to other DC Administrators as needed.
  • Site Specific to FW: Resupply order data entry and order management, provide backup support to DC Scheduler.
  • Other duties as assigned


What you bring to the role:

  • Ability to work well with others and in a warehouse environment.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers (internal and external), carriers and drivers.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with Microsoft AX in the areas of Receiving, Shipping, Logistics and Data Entry.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Logistics Operations within North America.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • Schedule flexibility within the work week.
