ROUTE MANAGER
Job description
The Route Manager (RM) is responsible for increasing the Chemsyn footprint in their designated route through the acquisition of new customers and the adjoining revenue. The RM is the conduit for the entire range of Chemsyn services to the customer, including New Dishmachine Rentals, Equipment Sales, Chemical and Hygiene consumable sales.
The Route Manager will maintain and grow sales within an existing route that includes food service and hospitality accounts through cold calling and prospecting. Become familiar with customers’ operations and devise unique solutions as their expert on advanced cleaning and sanitation while applying your mechanical aptitude to install and repair dish machines and dispensing systems, demonstrate safe equipment use, and ensure systems are fully operational.

No prior plumbing, electrical, or sanitation-equipment background is required. What matters most is your willingness to learn and fully engage in our paid training program; we'll teach you the technical and sales skills to succeed.
