Job Posting: Charter Bus Driver

Join Our Team — Charter Bus Drivers Wanted!

Osprey Coach Lines is looking for dependable, safety-focused Charter Bus Drivers to join our growing team. If you take pride in providing a smooth, friendly ride and enjoy meeting new people on the road, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate charter buses for group trips, tours, school outings, corporate events, and special occasions.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
  • Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding, seating, and luggage.
  • Plan and follow routes efficiently, adapting to traffic, weather, or last-minute changes.
  • Keep the bus clean, fueled, and well-maintained throughout each trip.
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatch and provide excellent customer service to passengers.
  • Accurately complete trip logs, mileage records, and inspection reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid B Driver's license with air brake (Z) endorsement (required).
  • Clean driving record.
  • 2+ years of professional driving experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and multi-day trips away.
  • Physical ability to lift luggage and assist passengers as needed.
