Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical assistance to support the project team at site. The position is a local site-based role and is a 6-8 month term position.

  • Start Date: July 2026
  • End Date: ~Feb 2027

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday (48-hour week)

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
  • Administration of employee mobilization/demobilization paperwork
  • HSE data entry, tracking and updating of tracking registers and databases
  • Coordination of crew orientations, transportation of new employees onsite and/or escorting visitors
  • Timesheet data entry preparation, review and cost coding for payroll entry.
  • Preparation and maintenance of documents, reports and spreadsheets, including filing, scanning and copying
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Some driving (both on and off site) required using Company vehicle
  • Other general administrative and clerical support as required by the project team
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role with similar responsibilities is beneficial.
  • Clean Driver’s Licence
  • HSE administrative background an asset
  • Related post-secondary education preferred
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel)
  • Strong typing skills
