Now Hiring at Carl’s Jr.! – Cashier & Cook Positions Available

We’re currently hiring Cashiers and Cooks to join our team at 4710 Gateway Blvd!

Cook – Back of House

As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing our signature burgers and meals to perfection. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure food quality, safety, and speed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to Carl’s Jr. standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
  • Work as part of a fast-moving team to meet customer demand

Ideal Candidate:

  • Kitchen or grill experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

Cashier – Front of House

As a Cashier, you’ll be the face of Carl’s Jr., greeting customers with a smile and taking accurate orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Take and process customer orders at the counter or drive-thru
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments
  • Keep front-of-house areas clean and presentable
  • Deliver great customer service every time

Ideal Candidate:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
  • Reliable and able to work flexible shifts
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
