Full job description

We are a loving family in Metchosin/Sooke, BC looking for a kind, reliable, and trustworthy woman to help care for our elderly mother in her own home.

Duties include:

  • Light personal care & companionship
  • Housekeeping & laundry
  • Meal preparation (simple, healthy meals)
  • Grocery shopping & errands
  • Keeping Mom company
  • Driving for errands - Doctors appointments, groceries, just getting out/about

Requirements:

  • Experience with seniors preferred
  • Kind, patient, and respectful personality
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle an asset (we can help with gas)
  • Current criminal record check (or willing to get one)
  • References required

Schedule & Pay (flexible – let’s talk!):

  • Full-time or part-time
  • Competitive pay $25/hour
  • Start as soon as possible
