What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
  • Build trust and long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to delivery
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Deliver professional and compelling vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all pre-owned inventory
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive future sales opportunities
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism in every customer interaction

What You Bring

  • Previous automotive sales experience (preferred) or a strong background in sales
  • A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
