As the Receptionist, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our global head office located in Vancouver, BC. Your primary duties will center on the administration of the new Vancouver corporate office, with a strong emphasis on creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for employees and visitors alike. Leveraging your administrative expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the daily work experience of your colleagues.


This on-site position is located in Mount Pleasant and operates Monday to Friday, with working hours scheduled during standard business operating hours (final working schedule to be determined). The role is expected to work up to 27.5 hours per week (55 hours biweekly), with some flexibility and variation depending on the successful candidate and office events or operational requirements.


A day in the life of the Receptionist includes:

  • Supporting the administration of the new Vancouver corporate office and creating a welcoming environment at reception for employees and visitors.
  • Support Executive Assistants with various admin tasks as required and provide backup on occasion
  • Responsible for the general operational effectiveness of the office


For this role, come equipped with:

  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, etc.)
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
  • Excellent understanding of current technology


In a perfect world, you also have a familiarity with desk booking systems and prior customer service and/or office admin experience.

The hourly rate for this position is: $24 - $29/hour
