About the Role

We're looking for experienced Red Seal Electricians with strong skills in one or more of the following:

• High-end custom homes
• Residential service work and service upgrades
• Standby generator installations and service
• Solar installations
• Light commercial electrical projects

You'll work alongside a highly skilled team delivering quality workmanship while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical specifications.
• Plan and complete installations in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code.
• Install and service electrical equipment including panels, generators, lighting, wiring, and related systems.
• Test electrical systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Mentor and support apprentices, helping develop the next generation of electricians.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every project.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician
• Minimum 5 years of licensed electrical experience
• Strong residential electrical experience
• Experience leading commercial jobs is an asset
• Thorough knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record

Pay: $38.00-$43.00 per hour
