Building on classroom studies, you will develop and enhance your skills while working with mentors to kick-start a successful career in Human Resources.

  • Job location: Fort McMurray – Albian Oil Sands
  • Shift schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, 10 hours/day (Monday – Thursday)
  • Term length: 12 months
  • Term starts: January 2027

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Oil Sands Campus Advisors
  • Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with Campus Advisors, and other HR professionals
  • Learn full cycle recruitment processes (pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extend offer letters, documentation etc.)
  • Plan, retrieve data, and organize documents and information for the successful submission and communication of onboarding paperwork

What You Bring to The Role:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Respect for confidentiality and discretion
  • Energetic, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and proficient proof-reading skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
