Full job description

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Field EH&S Advisor/Safety Advisor in the Oil and Gas Sector in Calgary, Alberta.

Total rewards:

  • $70.00 hourly
  • 12 Months of contract position
  • 14 days on / 14 days off
  • Chartered flights from Calgary/Edmonton International Airport
  • Camp provided.

A typical day:

  • Key Accountabilities: Advise managers, supervisors and employees about safe work practices and safety standards and regulations.
  • Recommend procedures and equipment for safety and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Promote safe work practices and injury- and fatality-prevention activities. Participate in incident investigations.

Successful candidates will have:

  • RMWB positions involving: Turnover ,Operations / Maintenance, Construction, Driving at Site.
  • Should be considered for a safety sensitive designation & subject to random testing by vendor.
  • However, it is the vendor’s responsibility to determine safety sensitive designation.
  • Experience with driving in an active mine and drilling experience is ideal.
