Full job description

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a positive impact on the next generation? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated children's program staff to join our out-of-school team at the Paperny Family JCC.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine love for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood development. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing afterschool programming, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment, and effectively communicating with both children and parents.
We are looking for an experienced part-time, team-player who is energetic, creative, outgoing, and who has child care experience. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team of Out of School Care professionals. This position requires experience with school age programming and Alberta Licensing and Health regulations. Shifts may vary according to the needs of the program, flexibility is key! Primarily looking for Monday-Friday afternoons. There is potential for additional hours.

Preference for candidates with a valid Level 1 or Level 2 Child Development Certification.

Valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector required.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
