Full job description

Cap-Thin Molds Inc, located in Mississauga Ontario, is a mold injection company with 30 years + of experience and knowledge in the industry that manufactures high-quality molds and cost-effective packaging solutions for injection molded plastic products in packaging, caps and closures for cosmetics, food, medical and thin wall containers.

We are looking for an energetic, creative and experienced CNC Mill programmer/operator to join our team. This full-time, day shift position will be responsible to program and operate one of our CNC vertical high speed mills. Experience in a mold shop environment and/or previous high speed milling experience would be necessary.

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with machining and Master Cam
  • Efficient in programming/operating and set up for 3 axis high speed milling.
  • Ability to work with very close tolerances. (0.0002 inches tolerances)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
  • A positive “can do” attitude, and absolutely must be a team player.
  • This is a full time permanent position to fill ASAP
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
