Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. Your leadership will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and robust business development efforts. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster sustainable growth.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation across departments.
  • Manage risk assessment procedures to identify potential financial threats and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive corporate finance activities such as capital raising, investment analysis, and financial modeling to support expansion initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in financing arrangements, vendor agreements, and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide leadership in sales and business development efforts by analyzing market trends and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Work schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday-Fridays
  • Mornings, Days, evenings shifts or weekend shifts based on operational requirements.

Pay: $140,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
