Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced customer service representative to fill the position of Lead Customer Service Representative in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Job Duties:

* Scheduling deliveries and service calls

* Storefront cashier

* Helping customers over the phone & email

* Effectively communicating with our delivery drivers

* Receiving and entering payments

* Preparing orders

* Inputing invoices

* Taking and relaying phone messages effectively

* Coordinating CSR schedules

* Interviewing new CSR candidates

* Training new CSRs

* Working with office software, POS software and CRM software.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

* At least five years of customer service experience

* Grade 12 or equivalent

* Detail orientated

* Very strong in customer service

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision and with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
