The Opportunity

We are seeking a Shop Hand to join our Kelowna-based team full-time. This is a key role responsible for supporting our production team with goods in and products out.

You’ll work closely with our production, CNC and finishing departments, reporting to the Shop Foreman, and collaborate with a team of skilled craftspeople who take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process goods in and dispatches out.
  • Local and lower mainland deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Machine maintenance
  • Team assistance

Qualifications

  • Forklift experience/license
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and develop
  • Basic IT skills (Outlook/Excel/Word)
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (asset)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive, easy-going attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
