We are investing in technology, equipment, systems and capabilities that will allow us to continue expanding our work with major Canadian and North American organizations.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with company leadership and play an active role in building the next stage of our sales organization.
This is not simply a sales administration position.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, researching prospective clients, sending personalized outreach, following up consistently and helping open doors with new accounts.

At the same time, you will play an important role in coordinating opportunities, estimate requests, quotes, presentations and client communications.

The ideal candidate combines a business-development mindset with exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Experience within print, signage, retail displays, graphics, fabrication, marketing production or a related industry would be a significant advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Prospecting

  • Research and identify prospective clients and key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events and other approved channels.
  • Develop personalized outreach to prospective clients.
  • Follow up consistently with internal teams, prospects and existing opportunities.
  • Qualify potential opportunities based on business fit, requirements, timing and value.
  • Co-ordinate and respond to RFP's
  • Maintain library of photos of past and present projects to keep presentations and website up to date
  • Book discovery meetings for senior sales and company leadership.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, opportunities and next actions.
  • Help develop new business across sectors including retail, telecommunications, cosmetics, apparel, QSR, financial services, agencies, experiential marketing and franchise organizations.

Sales & Quote Coordination

  • Receive and organize new sales opportunities and estimate requests.
  • Gather specifications, quantities, timing, delivery requirements, artwork and other information required for estimating.
  • Coordinate estimate requests with our internal estimating, project management and production teams.
  • Maintain quote and opportunity tracking systems.
  • Ensure quotes receive the appropriate internal review and approval before being issued.
  • Prepare professional client-facing quote packages and communications.
  • Review names, quantities, specifications, dates, attachments and documentation for accuracy.
  • Schedule and manage follow-ups for all open quotations.
  • Record opportunities as won, lost, pending or on hold and maintain accurate pipeline information.

Client & Sales Support

  • Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, agendas, samples and follow-up materials.
  • Assist with capability presentations, proposals, case studies and client communications.
  • Maintain current sales collateral, templates and marketing materials.
  • Support client onboarding and the handoff of awarded projects to our project management and operations teams.
  • Help ensure opportunities continue moving forward without unnecessary delays.

Adobe & Creative File Support

The successful candidate should be comfortable working with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and common graphic-production files.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Reviewing and organizing client-supplied artwork and production files.
  • Making basic edits or updates to sales and presentation materials.
  • Working with PDF files and preparing professional client documents.
  • Understanding common graphic file formats and identifying obvious missing or incorrect files.
  • Supporting presentations, proposals, case studies and other sales collateral while maintaining Resource Integrated brand standards.

Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Photoshop is preferred. Advanced graphic design skills are not required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, sales coordination, client service or a similar commercial role.
  • Experience in print, signage, retail graphics, displays, fabrication, marketing production or related manufacturing is strongly preferred.
  • Confidence conducting both cold and warm outreach.
  • Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Strong research and lead-qualification skills.
  • Persistent and professional follow-up habits.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities, quotes and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of next steps.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Experience with CRM, MIS or similar sales and workflow systems.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Comfortable working with estimates, specifications, presentations, PDFs and commercial documentation.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot is an asset.
  • Bilingual communication skills are an asset.

The Person We’re Looking For

You are proactive.

You don’t wait for someone to remind you that a prospect needs to be contacted or a quote needs to be followed up.

You enjoy opening new doors, building relationships and finding opportunities. At the same time, you are highly organized and understand that successful sales requires disciplined follow-through.

You can comfortably move between prospecting for a new client, preparing information for a quotation, reviewing a presentation, following up on an outstanding opportunity and coordinating with an internal project team.

Most importantly, you take ownership.
