We’re seeking highly motivated and driven sales professionals who thrive on winning new business and exceeding goals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients, creating a strong first impression and building rapport and trust
- Contact and qualify new prospects and set appointments for Account Executives through effective sales calls (cold calling, cold emailing)
- Book high-value meetings for Account Executives with C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets using a mix of sales techniques
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
- Using the training we provide, represent the company’s services by demonstrating a strong knowledge of the industry and the services we offer

- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive, opportunity focused approach
- Strong problem-solving skills with a “make it happen” attitude
- Excellent people and interpersonal skills

- Coachable and eager to learn
- Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required - we’ll train the right person
