We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, grow key accounts, and expand our presence throughout British Columbia and surrounding territories.

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, growing regional revenue, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

This role involves a combination of business development, account management, territory growth, customer relationship management, and sales strategy execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while increasing market share
  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track activity using CRM systems
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, networking opportunities, and client meetings
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Travel within the region as required to support customers and business development initiatives
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, territory management, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing new business
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience managing a regional sales territory is considered an asset
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an asset

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
