Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Conduct inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention or preventative maintenance.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, including materials used and time spent on each job.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Handyman/woman or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
• A valid driver’s license is required for transportation to job sites.
