Full job description

We're looking for an organized, confident, outgoing, and reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service!
MUST be available for BOTH shifts (715am-2pm) and (11am-530pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude, answer questions, and provide an excellent experience.
  • Order Preparation: Prepare açaí bowls and smoothies accurately, efficiently, and according to Oakberry standards.
  • Opening & Closing: Complete opening preparations or closing duties to ensure the store is ready for the next shift.
  • Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout your shift.
  • Teamwork & Initiative: Proactively restock ingredients, prepare fruit, replenish supplies, and complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn our menu, ingredients, and toppings to confidently assist customers.
