Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Portfolio Executive to join our team and drive the growth and retention of our diverse client base. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while leveraging your sales expertise to expand our portfolio. Your ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and understand various insurance products will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. Duties

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies
  • Conduct outside sales activities by visiting clients at their locations, understanding their needs, and presenting customized insurance solutions
  • Negotiate policy terms, pricing, and coverage options to secure optimal agreements for clients while meeting company targets
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing quotes, policy renewals, and updating client records within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and promote our services effectively
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, insurance laws including HIPAA compliance for health-related policies, and emerging market trends to provide expert advice
  • Provide comprehensive client communication through various channels including telemarketing calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales with a focus on insurance or benefits administration preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products is essential
  • Familiarity with insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA compliance and licensing requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for effective sales management
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships and understand diverse client needs
  • Analysis skills to assess client portfolios and recommend suitable coverage options based on individual circumstances
  • Experience in telemarketing or marketing strategies that enhance client outreach efforts is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
