  • Update website content with new tours, pricing, and inclusions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth tour delivery.
  • Support general office administration tasks as needed.

About You

  • You have a strong understanding of Canadian travel destinations.
  • You have previous experience as a travel advisor, ideally at a tour operator, DMC, or travel agency.
  • You are a travel enthusiast with boundless energy and a strong work ethic.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • You are enthusiastic, friendly, and eager to learn and grow.
  • You have strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • You can collaborate effectively with management, colleagues, and suppliers.

  • Legal work status in Canada (Valid Work Permit, Permanent Resident or Citizen).
  • Calgary-based person (Office-based with hybrid option after 3 months).
  • Post-secondary education or 2+ years of experience in travel packages/tour sales, tour operations, or a related travel company.
