Kitchen Sales Designer – Keewatin Branch

The Opportunity

As a Kitchen Sales Designer in Keewatin, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming spaces, from initial concept and design using cutting-edge software, to guiding customers through product selection and ensuring a seamless delivery process. We offer a supportive environment where you can continuously learn, develop your expertise in kitchen design, and directly contribute to the growth and success of both our customers' projects and our company.

What You'll Do:

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding customers through the entire purchase process in a friendly and knowledgeable way.
  • Booking and conducting in-home measurements to ensure accurate designs.
  • Designing stunning kitchen layouts using computer-aided software (experience with 20/20 software is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person!).
  • Providing timely and accurate quotes to customers.
  • Staying up-to-date on products, explaining their features and benefits clearly.
  • Accurately recording sales transactions into our point-of-sale system.
  • Tracking the distribution and delivery of products to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Is keen to build strong relationships with both our retail and contractor customers.
  • Is driven to grow the business by actively seeking out and following up on sales leads.

  • Has a desire to continuously expand their knowledge and skill set.
  • Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation.
  • Is available Monday – Friday and some Saturdays.
