Vancouver Waiter Resources Ltd. has been providing hospitality staff since 1989.

WE ARE HIRING: Experienced servers and bartenders to help with FALL AND HOLIDAY events in prestigious venues in Vancouver and the surrounding areas.

Flexible shifts throughout the week and on weekends, providing an excellent opportunity to work with new people while earning extra income based on your availability.

This is a perfect fit for students and anyone seeking to supplement their current income and make some extra money.

We are looking for experienced, honest, reliable, and hardworking servers and bartenders with a positive attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry.

The Successful Candidate will have the following qualities;

  • Must be 19+ and hold a valid Serving It Right certification.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 30 lbs. continuously throughout shifts.
  • The ability to follow directions, prioritize, and complete high- volume tasks efficiently.
  • Effective time management to ensure service accuracy.
  • Exceptional commitment to punctuality, with a proven track record of arriving on time, every time.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a dedicated focus on providing premium customer and guest service.
  • Must have full professional fluency in English.
  • Ability to maintain a calm, professional composure and deliver exceptional service in dynamic, high-pressure situations.
