Overview

District Central Co-operative Bank is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer & Financial Assistance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with banking inquiries, support account-related services, maintain accurate financial records, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and committed to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced financial environment.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with account-related requests and provide information about financial services.
  • Process customer transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform data entry and update customer account information.
  • Review and reconcile account information to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and maintain organized documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and financial operations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.

Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, banking, financial services, or office administration is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting or financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
