NOW HIRING - ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Core Responsibilities

· Overseeing a staff of approximately 30 employees, including cashiers, sales associates, and receiving staff. Delegating tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.

· Merchandising stock and adjusting displays to accommodate new items on a daily/weekly basis

· Maintaining store standards in terms of cleanliness, inventory, and customer accessibility

· Addressing customer complaints and concerns, and always providing excellent customer service

Experience

· Retail and customer service experience is required.

· At least 2 years of management experience is required.

Availability

· Must be able to work both weekdays and weekends on a 2-week rotating schedule as follows:

Week 1: Mon 1pm-9:30pm, Tues 8am-5pm, Wed Off, Thurs 8am-9:30pm, Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-7pm, Sun 11am-6pm

Week 2: Mon 8am-1pm, Tues 1pm-9:30pm, Wed Off, Thurs 8am-10pm, Fri 1pm-9:30pm, Sat 8am-7pm, Sun Off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
