We're looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused people to join our Burnaby Retail Team at 1050 Boundary Road. If you enjoy helping customers, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team environment, we'd love to meet you.

No extensive retail experience? No problem. Customer service experience is a bonus, but we're most interested in finding people with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with, helping create a positive and welcoming experience during our busy Back-to-School season.

Your day may include:

  • Greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
  • Helping families find the correct uniform items, sizes, and products
  • Operating the point-of-sale system and processing purchases, exchanges, and returns
  • Assisting customers in fitting rooms and answering product questions
  • Restocking merchandise and maintaining an organized sales floor
  • Supporting inventory and backroom tasks as needed
  • Working collaboratively with teammates to deliver a great customer experience
  • Staying positive and adaptable during busy peak-season periods

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Previous retail or customer service experience
  • Experience in hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles
  • Cash handling or point-of-sale experience

We provide comprehensive training and are happy to teach the right candidate.
