Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a lively, fast-paced restaurant setting. Your focus will be on delivering delicious, high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food, eager to learn, and committed to providing excellent food service to our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
  • Ensure all food handling practices meet safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Support the team during busy service hours by maintaining efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Help with food plating and presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes.
  • Follow proper food storage procedures to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely meal delivery.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with food safety protocols and handling practices within the food industry.
  • Experience working in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food service standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills and procedures.
