Company Overview

Cyclone Manufacturing (A Mubea Aviation Company) is a vertically integrated full-service provider of 3-5 axis machining, sheet metal fabrication, tube bending, welding and minor sub-assemblies of aerospace structural components to the largest aerospace companies such as Boeing, AIDC, Bombardier, Embraer, FACC, GE, IAI, Liebherr, Lockheed Martin, MHI, SAAB, Stelia, Spirit AeroSystems and Triumph Aerostructures. Our surface treatment and controlled processes are approved by the major OEMs such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, IAI and Lockheed Martin.

Cyclone is a privately owned company with over 750 highly skilled employees housed within six state-of-the-art facilities totaling 450,000 square feet in both Canada and Poland.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Aerospace Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling aircraft components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Precision, adherence to quality standards, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Duties:

  • Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
  • Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies with hands, sealant as well as power tools including rivet gun, etc.
  • Verifies specifications by measuring completed component with measuring instruments including verniers, micrometers, etc.
  • Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with Company procedures, rules, and ISO regulation
  • Utilizes math and mechanical/technical skills to complete each job
  • Use of physical dexterity and stamina standing and completing repetitive tasks for long periods of time is required
  • All other duties assigned by the Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
