This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about developing people, growing business performance, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

As one of the region's busiest Nissan dealerships and a high-volume used vehicle retailer, our Service Department plays a critical role in both customer retention and the efficient reconditioning of used vehicle inventory. We are looking for a leader who can balance exceptional customer service with strong operational performance in a busy and dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, apprentices, and support staff.
  • Drive service department profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
  • Oversee the efficient reconditioning and preparation of a high volume of used vehicles to support sales operations.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including labour sales, effective labour rate, technician productivity, reconditioning turnaround times, and customer retention.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling, workflow management, and shop capacity utilization.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and proactively.
  • Maintain compliance with Nissan standards, dealership policies, and health and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Parts, Sales, and Fixed Operations teams to achieve dealership goals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support long-term growth and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-first culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3–5 years of automotive service management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Experience managing a busy service operation with significant used vehicle reconditioning volume.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets.
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of dealership management systems and service operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • Nissan or import-brand dealership experience is considered an asset.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus program.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Ongoing manufacturer and leadership training.
  • Career advancement opportunities.
  • Supportive ownership and management team.
  • Employee vehicle purchase and service programs.
  • A modern facility with industry-leading tools and resources.

If you're a results-driven leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a busy service department, and supporting one of the area's largest used vehicle operations, we'd love to hear from you.
