Do you have a passion for cars? Maclin Ford is currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our growing team. The perferred candidate will have Ford Parts Department Experience and be able to work cooperatively in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Use of Snap-on Cataloguing Program
  • Use of CDK (DMS) to provide accurate sales and quotes to internal and external customers
  • Answer Telephone calls and respond to internet and email requests
  • Receive payment from retail customers
  • Accurate picking of orders for shipment
  • Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager

Qualifications and Skills

  • Microcat/Snap on Catalogue Experience
  • Experience using a DMS (CDK is an asset)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Self motivated team player as well as an individual contributor
