No RV experience. No sales experience. No problem.

At No Bull RV, we don't believe the best RV salesperson is necessarily someone who has spent 10 years selling cars.

Some of our best people are simply great with people.

Maybe you've worked in hospitality. Maybe you've worked in a restaurant, hotel, tourism, customer service, retail, or another fast-paced environment. Maybe you're the person your friends call when they need help planning a camping trip.

If you love talking to people, figuring out what they need, and creating a great experience, you already have some of the most important skills we need.

We're looking for an RV Lifestyle Specialist to join our sales team.

What is an RV Lifestyle Specialist?

You're not just selling an RV.

You're helping someone figure out how they want to spend their weekends, their summers, and maybe even their retirement.

You'll learn how to understand what a customer is looking for, match them with the right RV, guide them through the buying process, and help them get excited about their next adventure.

We'll teach you the RVs. We'll teach you the sales process.

What we can't teach as easily is personality, work ethic, curiosity, and the ability to genuinely connect with people.

• You have worked in hospitality, restaurants, tourism, retail, customer service—or anywhere that taught you how to take care of people

You do NOT need previous RV or sales experience.

In fact, we'd rather teach the right person how to sell RVs than teach the wrong person how to care about customers.

What You'll Learn

We'll train you on:

• RVs and how they work
• How to ask the right questions
• How to understand a customer's needs
• How to demonstrate and present RVs
• How to guide customers through a purchase
• How to follow up and build relationships
• How to negotiate and close deals
• How to use our CRM and sales tools

You'll have a team around you while you learn. You won't be expected to walk in on Day One knowing how to sell a $50,000 RV.

You don't have to know everything about RVs.

You don't have to have a sales background.

You don't even have to know what a fifth wheel is on your first day.

But you do need to show up, work hard, learn, take coaching, and care about the customer.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
