We're Hiring: Bartenders & Servers

At Bright Eye Brewing, we're looking for people who bring energy into a room, who smile naturally, who enjoy conversations with strangers, and who believe that great service isn't a script, it's authentic.

If you're the type of person who remembers someone's name, recommends your favourite beer because you actually love it, or notices when someone needs another drink before they ask, you'll fit in here.

Every shift you'll help create memorable experiences by:

  • Delivering warm, genuine hospitality.
  • Learning our craft beers, cocktails and menu so you can make honest recommendations.
  • Working with bartenders, servers and kitchen staff as one team.
  • Keeping your section clean, organized and ready for the next guest.
  • Looking for opportunities to surprise and delight people.
