How Will You Fit in the Big Picture?

As a critical member of the Hershey Canada sales team, the CSE will be responsible to profitably grow Hershey Canada’s business and as part of the Better-For-You Snacks team, to achieve the assigned objective/plan, including gross sales, net sales, market share and profit contribution.

What Will You Do?

  • Build and execute annual customer business plans, including new-product listings, permanent distribution and promotional calendars.
  • Use customer, category and market data to identify opportunities and create persuasive selling stories.
  • Forecast sales, set targets and develop one- to three-year growth plans.
  • Create and deliver clear, high-impact sales presentations with cross-functional partners.
  • Own customer promotional and merchandising strategies.
  • Partner with customers, distributors and brokers to expand brand presence and grow sales.
  • Work with Marketing and other partners to ensure new opportunities support Hershey brand strategies.

Minimum Education & Requirements

  • Education
Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience
One to three years of progressive sales experience in consumer packaged goods or a related field.

  • Required qualifications
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Experience analyzing data and translating insights into a clear customer story.
Knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape.
Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated customer relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to forecast supply requirements and promotional trade in a changing environment.
Ability to manage details, prioritize multiple assignments and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred qualifications
Experience in the snack food category.
Experience using Nielsen data.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $84,320 to $105,400 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
