We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to play a key role in the development and execution of our strategic initiatives.


Working closely with the National Manager, Product & Strategic Development, you will contribute to the rollout of ADAS recalibration services and other high-impact projects across the organization.


At the heart of cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure data integrity, operational excellence, and the delivery of actionable insights—supporting informed decision-making and the successful execution of our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of product data across internal systems
  • Maintain and update product information in collaboration with operations, sales, and marketing teams
  • Coordinate and monitor product initiatives and strategic projects (timelines, deliverables, key actions)
  • Support project deployments and post-implementation follow-ups, including documentation and tools
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytical insights to support decision-making
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities
  • Conduct market research and synthesize insights to support internal teams
  • Support the development and rollout of value-added products (VAPs), driving alignment and continuous improvement


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual (French & English) – supporting Canadian and international markets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Results-driven with a strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, autonomous, and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative
  • Ability to contribute to strategic discussions and translate ideas into actionable plan
