We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to play a key role in the development and execution of our strategic initiatives.
Working closely with the National Manager, Product & Strategic Development, you will contribute to the rollout of ADAS recalibration services and other high-impact projects across the organization.
At the heart of cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure data integrity, operational excellence, and the delivery of actionable insights—supporting informed decision-making and the successful execution of our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of product data across internal systems
- Maintain and update product information in collaboration with operations, sales, and marketing teams
- Coordinate and monitor product initiatives and strategic projects (timelines, deliverables, key actions)
- Support project deployments and post-implementation follow-ups, including documentation and tools
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytical insights to support decision-making
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities
- Conduct market research and synthesize insights to support internal teams
- Support the development and rollout of value-added products (VAPs), driving alignment and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (French & English) – supporting Canadian and international markets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and recommendations
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Results-driven with a strong ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, autonomous, and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative
- Ability to contribute to strategic discussions and translate ideas into actionable plan
