AGM/Shop Keyholder – Fisherman’s Market (Vancouver)

Fisherman’s Market is looking for a reliable, customer‑focused AGM/Seafood Shop Keyholder to support daily operations at our West Vancouver location. With seven shops across the province, we’re known for high‑quality seafood, strong community relationships, and a team that genuinely loves what we do.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‑on retail environment, takes pride in both exceptional service and quality products. Ideal candidates can work at both our West Vancouver and Burnaby locations as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Open and/or close the shop, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Support staff on shift and help maintain a positive, efficient work environment
• Deliver outstanding customer service with strong product knowledge
• Assist with, merchandising, and maintaining store standards
• Handle cash, point‑of‑sale duties, and end‑of‑day procedures
• Engage with customers and promote sales through friendly, informed interactions

What You Bring

• A passion for great food, great service, and great people
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer‑facing roles
• Seafood knowledge or fish cutting skills are an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Reliability, accountability, and comfort working independently when needed
• A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work at both Metro Vancouver locations

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $23-28/hr(compensation to be discussed with a successful candidate)- Full time- permanent
