Responsibilities / Key Duties

  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate production
  • Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated welding equipment efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures
  • Inspect and examine welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Operate metal fabrication equipment such as brakes, shears, and bending machines
  • Monitor and control robotic welding production lines, including start-up and shutdown
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
  • Utilize CNC machines for precise and efficient manufacturing tasks

Experience & Specialization

  • Over 1 years of hands-on experience in industrial welding and fabrication

  • Minimal Aluminum alloys
  • Steel, iron, and heavy metals

Welding Techniques

  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
  • Fusion welding
  • Spool welding

Equipment & Machinery

  • Shears
