Full Time General Labourer - Cedar Wood Products (Mornings and Afternoons)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep, assemble and inspect products to meet high quality standards
• Keep the line running smoothly by working efficiently and safely
• Perform consistent, repetitive tasks with focus and pride, helping ensure every product is done right
• Use hand tools and equipment with skill and attention
• Lift and carry heavy objects as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Learn and apply woodworking techniques
• Support your team and share in the success of hitting production goals
• Work safely at all times - looking out for yourself and your teammate

• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor is a plus but not required

• Safety is a top priority, for you and your teammates
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular daily tasks
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and speak up if something doesn’t feel safe

Shift Hours

Morning Shift

Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Saturdays 7:00-2:00 - mandatory as needed

Each shift has a 30 minute break.

OR

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Saturdays 7:00-2:00 - mandatory as needed

Each shift has a 30 minute break.

Overtime

Overtime available as company needs - opt in on a pick up basis.
