JOB TITLE: HVAC Apprentice or Journeyperson

3rd and 4th year apprentices $1,000 BONUS AFTER 1 month

Journeyman $2,000 BONUS AFTER 1 MONTH

HOURS OF WORK: Ranges from 6:00 AM -- 6:00 PM Monday to Friday (Weekends available)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform general refrigeration work on new construction and existing sites
  • Troubleshoot, service, and install mechanical and refrigeration systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Uphold high-quality workmanship that exceeds client and company expectations
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships

ASSETS

  • Understanding of mechanical and refrigeration systems
  • Strong housekeeping and organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of site safety practices
  • Positive attitude and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects to a high standard

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Red Seal certification
  • Gas B certificate
  • Field experience in the refrigeration/HVAC industry
  • Ability to follow industry safe-work procedures
  • Willingness to take on off-hour or on-call shifts
  • Schooling completed
